Framing for Needlepoint, X-stitch, etc.
☼ Royale Art Salon takes pride in doing precision work in stretching needlepoint, petty-point and x-stitch. We will stretch using stainless steel or brass straight pins, so as not to interfere with or damage your work. As an added feature, we may also use acid-free stitchery tape.
☼ You can be assured that we will use the finest products and techniques available and at our disposal to finish your precious works. When choosing a moulding for your needlepoint, it will be necessary to choose moulding that has a deep enough rabbet to accommodate the extra thicknesses involved.
☼ Keep in mind that Royale Art Salon is not restricted to stretching needlepoint and x-stitch. We also stretch and/or mount rugs, tapestry, silks, linens, doilies and anything else that may be "fabric" in nature.
◄ This doily is mounted to a gold
mat and surrounded by
a black suede mat with a circle opening. The glass is
conservation and the frame is a deep sculptured, tar-
nished gold moulding that highlights the gold threads
of the doily.
